Motor

For Motor claims in the UK telephone the Advance Insurance 24 hour 365 day Claims Line on 0343 504 3264, or visit either office and ask to speak to Paul Green at Westbury on 01373 822369 or David Silvanus at Swindon on 01793 522542.

If you are abroad and outside the UK please refer to your insurers policy booklet.

Household

Commercial including Motor Fleet

For Commercial claims please contact your account handler on 01249 463206.

General Information

All claims/incidents must be notified immediately whether you believe you are liable or not. Any letter or claim received by you must be passed to us immediately. Failure to do so could negate insurance cover and you may incur costs.

You should not admit liability or agree to any course of action, other than emergency measures to minimise your loss, until you have agreement from your insurers.
